Adhesives is an important materials in wood products and artificial chipboard production process. Our company has rich experiences in the laminate adhesive equipment fabrication. We developed new type JHBF adhesive reactor, The adhesive product by using this reactorand may reach equal good quality with equivalent imported adhesive products. Equipped with DCS control system, the whole system has unique advantages.

We have 15 technical people specialized in adhesive plant process, equipment and automatic control £¨PLC¡¢DCS£©. We offer design, fabrication, installation and commissioning for the adhesive plant ; can supply the whole plant for producing 50000-500000M3 capacity of middle and high density fabric board plate and chipboard.

JHBF adhesive reactor features£º
1¡¢big volume, single reactor capacity may reach 50000 M3£¬so, reduce the reacor numbers for the production line and increase productivity.
2¡¢ The reactor is equipped with inner heat exchanger with unique structure, It has the advantages of bearing pressure, antifatigue , good heat exchanging efficiency, shortening heat transferring time, reducing heat loss and good temperature adjusting control.
3¡¢ Use forward type agitator with high efficiency and low energy consumption.
